We are aiming for next day delivery, however it will depend on these factor:

1) Availability of item at our consolidation warehouse

Some of our items are at different warehouse. We will stock as much items at the main warehouse.

2) Availability of customer/family members to be around to receive order

3) Use of Standard Courier: - Free for orders above $35

- Qxpress - Next working day after pick up

Use of Express Courier: - Free for orders above $105

- Same Day (4 hr from dispatch) - we will msg customers to arrange timeframe)

- We arrange shipment every 15 mins once customer confirm time of availability.

- Cut off time around 4-5pm or before we leaving office.

But we will use 4hr courier most of same day delivery, because they might send faster than 4hr usually, unless customer have more urgent request.

4) Order Cut-Off time Before 1pm for standard, before 4pm for same day

*Pickup around 3pm-5pm send by 6pm-10pm (Check stock + leave comment)

*Unless hide to shoerack/riser, arrange & agreement with driver, chat screenshot & delivery place photo will be taken

5) Other methods

Using Park n Parcel - we will drop the item at one of the outlets, they will transfer to your selected outlets for collection, they will sms you sms once it is ready for collection

Using Self Pickup - Arrange time and let us prepare the items before coming down.
